Analysis of the Financial Condition of Your City - We
determine what the ability is of your city to fund increased
wages. Most cities claim to be broke. Most are not. After we
present our report you will know unequivocally what the city
can and cannot do.

Preparation of Credible Wage Surveys - An accurate
and comprehensive wage survey is essential to successful
wage negotiations. We prepare wage surveys that measure the
major line items of compensation and paid leave time. This
allows an objective comparison between various cities that
have different compensation and leave plans.

Costing of Wage Proposals - It is impossible to
determine if your city can afford your pay increase requests
if you do not know the cost--the total cost. With our
analysis you will have the answer.
In addition to these services, Mr. York has provided expert
witness testimony for arbitration and fact-finding hearings.

board members and trustees while traveling on Lodge
