  • Analysis of the Financial Condition of Your City - We determine what the ability is of your city to fund increased wages. Most cities claim to be broke. Most are not. After we present our report you will know unequivocally what the city can and cannot do.
  • Preparation of Credible Wage Surveys - An accurate and comprehensive wage survey is essential to successful wage negotiations. We prepare wage surveys that measure the major line items of compensation and paid leave time. This allows an objective comparison between various cities that have different compensation and leave plans.
  • Costing of Wage Proposals - It is impossible to determine if your city can afford your pay increase requests if you do not know the cost--the total cost. With our analysis you will have the answer.

Group Life, Accidental Death and Line of Duty Benefits for Lodge Members

State or Local lodges wishing to provide a low cost benefit to all their members may design a plan to meet their own need of providing benefits to all members, active and retired.

  • Life Benefit - Basic benefit is paid when a member dies of any cause; there are no exceptions.
  • Accidental Death Benefit - Benefits are paid when a member dies from accidental bodily injury in addition to the Life Benefit. Special "expanded" accidental benefits are also available.
  • Killed in the Line of Duty - This benefit is paid in addition to the Accidental Death Benefit when an active at-work member is killed in the line of duty, following the guidelines of the Federal Public Safety Officers Benefit Act.
  • Dependent Life - Basic Life Benefits to insure the families of members.

Travel Accidental Death
State or Local Lodges wishing to provide this coverage may design a schedule of benefits to insure board members and trustees while traveling on Lodge business.

Vision Care
Benefits are provided through SPECS Vision Care. Discounts ranging from 20% to 45% on eyewear are available at over 3,000 locations.
